Shipping policy

 

Last Layer products are designed in New Zealand and manufactured at the closest fulfilment location to your shipping destination where available.

Shipping is currently available the USA, Europe and the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Where will my order ship from?

Items are usually manufactured on demand in the fulfilment centre closest to your shipping destination;

USA, Canada and Mexico - Shipped from USA

Australia and New Zealand - Shipped from Australia

UK - Shipped from UK

Europe - Shipped from Spain or Latvia

IMPORTANT NOTE - Not all items are fulfilled in all areas, and certain items may take longer to ship than others due to where they are manufactured. Check individual item descriptions for details.

 

How long does shipping take?

Our orders are made on demand, meaning that as soon as you place your order, we get started on making it!

Manufacturing your order takes 3-7 days max, after which it’s shipped out. Tracking information and the option to sign up for tracking updates are then sent to you the moment the item is shipped. (Check your spam folder if you can't see it!)

Shipping should be expected to take a further 3-7 days if the product is manufactured in the same part of the world as you're ordering from :)

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at help@speedcube.co.nz with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at help@speedcube.co.nz
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@speedcube.co.nz within a weeks' time of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
